01 Eligibility and Age Requirements

The b8ngo plus platform is available exclusively to residents of the Philippines who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years old at the time of registration.
• You are a resident of the Philippines and are accessing the platform from within the Philippines.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of b8ngo plus or any associated third-party service provider.

b8ngo plus reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. Accounts found to belong to players under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and any remaining balance forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

02 Account Registration and Verification

Each person may register only one account on b8ngo plus. Creating duplicate, secondary, or shared accounts is prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances may be subject to review and potential forfeiture.

Registration Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number for OTP verification. KYC Verification

Sports bets are settled in accordance with b8ngo plus's official settlement rules. If a match is postponed or abandoned before the completion criteria for settlement are met, bets may be voided and stakes returned — specific rules depend on the sport and market type. In-play bets placed after an outcome has already been determined will be voided.

Casino and Live Casino

All casino games and live dealer games use certified random number generation or physical dealing by licensed studios. Results are final once a round is completed. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised within 48 hours of the event in question.

Bingo games run on fixed schedules with published prize structures. Jackpot and pattern prizes are paid according to the room rules displayed at the time of ticket purchase. Auto-daub operates automatically and failure of a player's internet connection does not invalidate a purchased ticket.

05 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

06 Player Conduct and Prohibited Activities
